TASSA is a non-profit association of members formed in 1994 and promotes professionalism in the use of Technical Analysis as well as knowledge and use of TA for managing risk and investment strategy. Recognising the bridge between Technical and Earnings Analysis is one of the most important trends in modern investing. The association also aims to promote a relatively new discipline in Southern Africa, although well established internationally. More and more investors are realising the benefits of technical analysis as a tool to make better investment decisions.

TASSA is a developing member of the International Federation of Technical Analysts and is able to facilitate training and internationally recognised qualifications in financial technical analysis.
